Wanted to do the Pacific Coast. Selected the Explorer from Seattle and it did not disappoint! Stayed in Seattle for 4 days prior to cruise and explored most of what Washington has to offer. Boarded ship from Uber in to diniing room in 5 minutes. Ship was beautifully kept. Service is best that we have had in RCCL for some time. Crew was very friendly and actually looked happy to serve. Kudos to Explorer staff. Dining was good. Junior suite was excellent and in great location. Great for arriving in Astoria, San Francisco and Victoria. Ship experience was great always able to find quiet spots for reading and naps. Busy cruise though as we made the most out of the great port of calls. 2 days in San Fran was outstanding and for us ending up being a must. Pier 39, The Wharf, Disney Museum, Muir Woods, Sonoma Wine Country, night time Alcatraz tour, The Presidio, Pacific heights and Chinatown.....

Astoria Cannon Beach was also a great place as well as Victoria with the Butchart Gardens and history....

Ship never felt full. We never felt rushed and loved our time on board....
