I chose this cruise due to the best timing on Royal Caribbean, we had used them in the past and were impressed. This cruise ensured that we will NEVER use Royal Caribbean again, this was a horrible experience, we spent an hour + in line at guest services 5 times, meaning we spent more times in line at guest services then either of our ports of call combined. One of our ports of call was canceled and our itinerary changed several times throughout the length of the cruise. The staff was uncaring and seemed tired of being there, no one was apologetic for destroying our luggage during transportation to our room, not giving me my status, charging us for drinks covered on the unlimited drink package despite us having the drink package, charging us the on-board cost of shore excursion that was re-booked when the ports of call changed and not the price we paid online prior to boarding, not giving us our status discounts, etc. It seemed like every day something wrong was happening and they were just trying to nickel and dime us for everything. The company didn't care about its customers and therefore the staff didn't either. The services on this boat was horrible - good luck trying to get a drink at any meal - we were lucky if it showed up before desert and that was when we were able to find someone to place our order. The only good things on the boat were the ice skating show and the aqua show (the twice that was actually performed).
