No information was received from Carnival prior to the cruise embarkation concerning an itinerary change. At muster we were informed that the Caribbean cruise would not be going to Grand Turk. We would be stopping at Charleston South Carolina and depending on weather (form hurricane Irma) we would try to get to Freeport and Nassau Bahamas. We were told that Carnival would make a decision on Friday, 5 days into the cruise, on whether or not there would be any type of refund for missing ports/not getting the cruise we paid for. Other passengers were told if they disembarked on Tuesday in Charleston South Carolina, they would be given a full refund.

Cabin was dirty when we arrived; food in the refrigerator, balcony furniture dirty, glass stained, bed lambs not working, table broken. Didn't meet room steward until mid day 2d day.

Ship is "tired and old" and in need of much cosmetic work. Food in buffet better than previous 4 Pride cruises, staff friendly and profession.
