This was our 4th cruise on Divina, in the Yacht Club, and it was superb. Our captain, Marco Massa, kept us informed on the status of Hurricane Irma and diverted our cruise to western carribbean. Passengers were give many options throughout cruise, and MSC really stepped up to the plate by offering all cruisers free internet, no additional charges if you stayed on the ship which you really had no choice as airports and cruise docks were closed. Food, entertainment, service was wonderful and they have gained our loyalty forever. We are die hard NCL cruisers but after this kind of performance by cruise ship personal, it's changed. Other cruise lines charged their passengers to stay on the ship, charged docking fees, cancelled drink/beverage packages and some passengers were flat out told to leave. This was a time of crisis and MSC was more than generous. We know it must of cost the millions but WE, the passengers, were the priority not the bottom line. Service in the Yacht Club is leaps and bounds over NCL Haven. Entertainment is the best I've seen at sea , Food excelled every day even in buffet and main dining room. We even had our Maitre D, Robert, cooking pasta for us nd he enjoyed it. Again great service. We already have the Seaside booked for Aprl, 2018. I challenge any cruise line to perform and do what MSC did during this cruise. We are seasoned cruisers with more than 20+ cruisers under our belt and looking forward to so many more. Thank you MSC.
