The concern of Royal Caribbean for their guests is exceptional, as is their professionalism and dedication to an excellent customer service experience. Our cruise was cut short due to hurricane Irma closing in to the Bahamas, however they kept us informed the whole time. The stateroom attendant, as well as our dining room waiter Pratik and his porter Jingci were all sweethearts, going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and pleased with our food and beverage choices, as well as making sure our stateroom was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Captain Gorem, Ricky Matthews, cruise director and the rest of the crew were all very professional, service oriented, pleasant and easy to interact with. We must say that this was one of the best cruising experiences we have had, and that we will not hesitate to recommend this cruise line heartily to any of our friends and family, thank you!
