We choose this cruise because of the ship. But 6,000+ guests hurts the quality of service provided. The food is TERRIBLE! Food and Beverage Mgr. and most Chefs are Indians so there is a focus on Indian food. Though they offer different themes, the spiciness is prevalent making it inedible. The food ordered during Asian night was extremely greasy and overly sauced.
Shore excursion at St. Thomas "Caribbean FastCat" snorkeling was terrible. The female staff of the catamaran are uncaring, the snorkeling gear advertised as National Geographic is reused (they just throw it in a bucket with soap to prevent the mask to fog) but what about previous users germs? for the price of the tour the snorkeling gear should be new and yours to keep or dispose. They provided 1 cup of rum punch. When we anchored at the beach (alongside other catamaran) the people from our catamaran had to pour from the other catamaran's pitcher as our did not provide more, nor any other type of beverages. At the end of the excursion they were very pushy to ask for tips.
Shore excursion at St. Kitts was total chaos. Nobody knew where to go, the RC staff were useless in providing information, the local staff was very unorganized. Took the catamaran to Nevis. Staff was nice, but they reuse cups, got sick from the curried chicken lunch they provided.
Balcony was nice! Rug and sofa need replacing (had red stains). The safety deposit box had the batteries and cover missing, but was immediately fixed by maintenance.
