This was my family's first cruise and it was fantastic! I traveled with my daughters and son-in-laws and two grandsons, ages 11 and 16. We arrived at Port Canaveral around 11:45 for embarkation and were pleasantly surprised that the process went quickly after being told that we might wait to board the ship. Our Oceanview cabins were spacious. There is plenty of space for storage and the extra bathroom was a plus+++. Our room stewards were attentive and the crew are always helpful. Once onboard the fun begins! There is entertainment and activities for all ages. Our dining experience was excellent. We booked a shore excursion through Carnival in Amber Cove, the Outback Terracross Adventure. You take a thrilling countryside adventure on 2 person Terracross buggies on countryside trails off the beaten path. We drank fresh coconut water pretty much straight from the tree and stopped to cool off at one of beautiful beaches on the island. I highly recommend this excursion. Gran Turk is beautiful with its white sand and crystal blue waters.

We are planning our next cruise on Carnival!!!!
