We did conquest a long time ago and it was good. When embarking the ship it went very smoothly. I am a vip and I was very happy with how quickly it moved along. This time the ship needed renovation which is coming up soon, in I believe October of this year. Some staff were exceptional like our Bar tender Dania and Our head waiter Bagus. I'm sure I misspelled there names, sorry. Was disappointed that no lobster on captains night. All bars were very slow at taking my order I waited one time a total of 45 minutes before they asked me what I would like to drink. Was disappointed that the food lines were not opened longer especially the days when we were at port. One of the floors on the ship you had to either go up or down to get around it made it difficult to get to our destination. Our cabin was good, but our room steward did not take our dirty towels daily they were left on the floor. No mints on our pillow in the evenings. Entertainment was okay. Love, Love, Loved Cay Island. I would definitely love to go back again. Beautiful clean, clear water and warm. I had my daughter and her family which had 2 children one 6 year old loved camp carnival. and one 10. The debarkment process went very quickly. Was happy with that.
