Very enjoyable cruise to Bermuda on the Dawn. The process of getting on and off could not have been easier, and the trip was smooth sailing all week.

Pros:

- Incredibly friendly and helpful crew; top notch wait staff and bartenders

Cabin Review

Inside

Inside room on 9th floor. It was a very convenient location which made it easy to get everywhere via the stairs. Rooms were small but nicely appointed and well designed to get the most of the space. Our room steward, Rene, was excellent. He worked around us so seamlessly, never coming in unless we were out. We did the prepaid gratuity option but felt inclined to give him an extra cash tip on the last day.

The only negative was that the shower temperature was a bit hard to regulate, I frequently ended up with water hotter than I cared for. Also had a drain backup, but Rene called it in and was it resolved quickly. After that there was a slight odor in the bathroom which lingered but was manageable,
