This cruise was convenient for my daughter and niece and their summer plans and also being out of school. Our Genie (Cleon) was top notch and this whole genie thing is remarkable, i hope people don't catch on to how great this is so I can get good dates. (little selfish) Food was outstanding and you must do the "Chef's table" which was phenomenal. The Genie can book everything, it doesn't matter if they don't know what you want until the day you show up, these people make phone calls and get request done. Don't be nervous if it gets close and you haven't heard from them. They escort or meet you at most of your planned venues they have all seats reserved and one the genie's will wait for you, if its a show they also have someone their to take your drink order. Service folks came to our room everyday and asked what drinks/snacks we needed in the room, we waited in virtually no lines. Some things we waited in line just to feel the pain of everyone else but once they see your "star" card they move you up. My cabin review is below, its the weakest part of the whole trip and the room for the most part was really good. We had two rooms 1724/1726 for my aunt and uncle and our Genie actually organized everything for all of us not just those in star status. He did let us know that this is not a common thing but he fills that you can't have a great experience if you have family that are not right there with you. We tipped a "G" and would have gave him more if i did't have bad luck in the casino. It took maybe 10 minutes to get on the ship and maybe 5 to get off, the longest part is the wait for an elevator. Sky Loft Suite with Balcony

Overall the room was very nice, but the on-suite bathroom is really small and hard to share with two people. Downstairs bathroom is nice but if you brings kids and they take the downstairs bath you are stuck with the on-suite bath. The on-suite bath door actually hits the bed so if you go to use bathroom in the middle of the night and someone is sleep on the right side of bed it can be a little loud doing number 1. Not enough storage in this room at all and I ended up using my luggage for my non-hanging clothes. Large nice deck overlooking the putt-putt course but it did get a lot of soot almost every night and it would get in your eyes on your clothes. I'm sure that it depends on the winds and route the Capt. takes to navigate but it was bad. this was for most on the 17th deck suites at least on my side.

Great Cabana and if you have internet on the ship and you i n the right spot you can stream music. I stream Spotify to a Bose speaker in the Cabana.
