We weren't sure about Thomson's cruises but were persuaded but the Travel Agent it would be as good as any other ship we had been on.
How wrong she was! I don't think the ship has been fully refurbished it appears to have had new carpets in most cabins and public rooms. The unfortunate thing was the propulsion system had broken and after we sailed the Captain decided we couldn't go to two out of five destinations on itinerary. It was changed from Mairselles and San Remo to Ibizia and Palma. To say we were disappointed is an understatement we had chosen the ship for the itinerary. However, I have since been informed by Thomson's this was a minor change!!
We upgraded to the premium drinks package £50 per person per week, and a number of the staff in the main dining room did not want to get the premium wine from the bar as they did not keep it in the dining room so we gave up asking for it.
Inside cabin as expected, good bed linen. Toilet and shower could do with a deep clean and there was spare bedding under the beds and loose bits of plastic on top of the cabinets. The Tv reception was poor and we could not hear the PA system in the cabin.
