I liked the cruise itself a lot. The ship was very nice, the staff in the main dining room were excellent too. The ship was very clean. We really enjoyed the cruise a lot.

Unfortunately, the positive experience on the ship was tarnished by several items. These items resulted in a significant downgrade in my overall experience. However, there were several areas I would give Royal Caribbean a poor or exceptionally poor rating:

1. We were overcharged for the cruise. This was fixed after several hours on the phone including 4-5 phone calls and many emails. Given how poorly this was handled, a credit of $300 or more should have been issued for the incompetence.

Cabin Review

Promenade Stateroom

Our cabin steward was always there with everything we needed. He was very attentive. The room was always cleaned while we were gone and some very nice towel animals surprised us every night.

Port Reviews

Falmouth

Guide for the day to anywhere we wanted to go. We went to Blue Hole (fantastic) and Dunn's River Falls (good, but touristy).
