First of all I have is that we have a 1 year old and paying so much for him you would think that he would have the highest standards that you have set for the adults. I was very unhappy with the sleeping situation that you have set forth for the babies. The crib that you offer is the worse I have experienced. The pack and play is the cheapest sleeping situation, when we paid $1700 for him to join us. At least you could have a fold-able wooden/ metal crib that has a full mattress inside. He did not even sleep inside it and slept with us. Well sleeping with us is an understate. My husband slept on the pull out couch and i slept in the bed with our son. Our suite was over $12,000 and could not even enjoy it as a family. Secondly, the only night my son tried to sleep in the crib he got sick. Vomiting in the crib, floor, entryway and the bathroom. I called room service and they said at 1030 pm we could not be in the room due to the chemicals that had to be used. We left for an hour came back and midnight. Coming in to find they didn't even clean the room, just took the towels that I used to clean the room. So pissed I slept in the room with vomit EVERYWHERE. in the morning they came to clean and delivered another crib. To my surprise the NEW /CLEAN CRIB had dried VOMIT inside from another guests child. Horrible !!! With a baby spending so much $$ I would think the treatment of the kids would be at a higher standard. I'm pretty upset by the whole experience and for us being PLATINUM sailors too.
Spa services: My husband and I always get a couples message and this time around I am 5 months pregnant. Going into the spa never were we told it would be a limited service for me. MY husband received a good message but I was offered a below satisfying message she did not touch or message my arms, legs and feet for a hour message. Also I was not in a bed/Table that was appropriate for being pregnant. Nasty hard Towel were used to jam into my side so I wouldn't pay on my back. Lots of wasted time. I would have rather not even had a message. Its a horrible service we had to pay full price for.
Third, If your kids are under 3: They are not allowed in the pool with you even if they have a swim diaper, only Splash pad. Only allowed to play in one play freely in one area on the ship. The daycare only handles 8 kids (we don't plan ahead) so not help there. The nanny service was a pain to get a hold of, so we did not use that service.
