This was our second family vacation on RC. With 18 of us of all ages there was something for everyone. The room steward was very attentive. The food was good but service in the main dining was exceptional. We were supposed to have all of our reservations linked but that didn't happen but the Head Waiter made changes to accommodate us all being seated together. A small hassle but quickly resolved. Shore excursions were good value vs activity level. Several of our group took the ship tour which was very interesting and organized. Service all around the ship was very good. All crew members were friendly and accommodating. Embarkation was very smooth. Our luggage arrived almost as soon as we got to our stateroom. Disembarkation takes patience. It was very crowded and a slow process. Not sure how much of that is the cruise line and how much is the port of Galveston / customs. We had a variety of age groups and they all had a great experience. Ready to go again!
