The port at Costa Maya.

This was my first cruise experience, and it was great!

The ship was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the shows were amazing! The arial show and the ice show blew us away! The entertainment in the lounges was also great. There are performances almost all of the time.

We ate in the main dining room for all meals and went to the WindJammer for snacks in between. There was plenty of food to eat at all times, and we were stuffed after every meal. We purchased the alcohol included package, and we had 6-10 drinks per day, so it was worth it. Espresso coffee drinks at the Starbucks-like shop was also included in this package.

Oceanview Stateroom

We had an oceanview stateroom on the 2nd floor near the back of the ship. The window was nice and the room was very clean.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

We took a cab to the Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park a few miles away – $12US each way, $21US entry fee per person. This entry fee seemed a little expensive, but there was a lot to do there. Drinks (which were cheap), snorkeling (free if you bring your own equipment), a seal lion show (free), an crocodile exhibit, restaurants, etc.
