We were so excited to go on this trip. I heard so much about this ship, however it wasn't anything that I expected. The ship was not clean and very worn. The conceirge service wasn't friendly. They only answered "No" to everything. I didn't see any of the workers really happy, They never smiled. I understand the company was sold to Norweigian cruise line. I also understand that the ship is going April 2018 to dry dock. Obviously, if I would known this I definitely wouldn't gone on this cruise line. I felt we spent so much money for the quality we didn't get. The gifts shops were also a disappointment.

The food was not the best. So disappointed. If you chose to travel with Oceania, I am sure you will have a good time. Best of Luck to you and your families. Oh, one more thing, I did hear people talking about the great deals they got on this trip.
