We chose to go on Allure of the Seas for the second time because the service the first time was suburb, and this cruise we wanted to see Mama Mia! We were not disappointed! Once again overall, we had amazing service, friendly staff who were most accommodating, and two people who stood out for their exceptional service and dedication to their job was Jerome Jason (supervisor from the main dining room) and Milos from 150 Central Park who made our anniversary dinner very special! The production of Mama Mia was by far OUTSTANDING! Honestly, I've been to many broadway productions in NY, this was to that caliber. Plenty of activities and entertainment to keep you very busy, or relaxing by one of the pools or solarium. Since, visiting most islands for the multiple times, we did not partake in port or shore excursions. Getting on and off the ship is so easy....We do the walk off on disembarkation day and there is never a line, smooth departure.

I have only two small observations from the last time on the Allure:

1. The Voom internet was lightening fast when we cruised on the Oasis, May 2015, the speed was 40+Mbps, this ship was under 4Mbps. (paid extra for the streaming account.

Cabin Review

Boardwalk View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin B1

Had a Boardwalk balcony cabin. The room size was standard for R.C. and was clean and well kept. there is enough storage space for everything, but could have had more drawers.

The view from the balcony was pretty cool. You had a great view of the Boardwalk and could all the shows at the Aquatheater from the balcony.

The downside was the noise that came into your cabin with the balcony door closed, and there was zero privacy. you could see everybody's cabin across from you and inside their cabin if they (you) didn't have your blackout curtains closed, especially at night.

I am glad that we got this balcony for this one time for the experience, but next time would defiantly get the ocean view balcony.
