I've been on Norwegian before and thought the re positioning cruise out of New Orleans looked good. Price was right, but I was wrong. Not only was the ship dirty and poorly run, but the bathroom stalls in neither the men's nor women's stalls would always unlock from the inside. Quite a few, including myself got locked in. Got a notice about 1/2 through that "Technical Work" was going to be done in my corridor. Notices crew working with locks the first day. Was off ship the 2nd day. Realized they were painting doors the third day. Didn't know that painting was "technical". Result was extreme allergic reaction, flight cancelled from Boston back to San Antonio as was afraid of airplane pressure in regards allergic reaction, $1151 in added cost to drive back. While I may cruise Norwegian again, I'll be much more careful the next time. To repeat, the worst cruise I have ever been on,,,, and I've been on 30+.

Stewards somewhat tried and I did tip them extra. However, it seemed to me that there were shortages of toilet paper and tissues as these were never replenished without asking.
