It is a wonderful trip that my girlfriend and I had amazing experiences on-board. We arrived in the Canada Place at noon; since three cruise were departing on the same day, we took two and a half hours to get on-board. We liked the comfortable space and the amazing view as soon as we entered our Neptune stateroom. It is really close to the Neptune Lounge as well, their are a few staffs that can help you with booking or changing room keys if you lost it, so you don't have to wait in line on the main deck. The Lido deck serviced good food, but not on the second day. Guests complained about the food. The master clef supervised cooks during the rest of the days as we saw. Seating during lunch and dinner hours was on shortage, so we decided to have in-suite dining for the rest of the time. The only thing we absolutely disliked was that the food tray taking-away service. I called many times to ask them to take the food tray away, but they could only take it around midnight, four times. However, it is still a beautiful ship with very good housekeeping services, although housekeeping staff cannot take the restaurant server's responsibility. In addition, the clothes washing and dry cleaning service was very fast and efficient.
