I chose this cruise because the ship looked amazing. Unfortunately we chose a horrible week to go on this ship. There were over 2200 children on this sailing. Many children running around without parents paying much attention to them. I love children but it was a loud sailing and the service was not good. The shows were phenomenal, but the service was very lacking. I am used to great service onboard Royal Caribbean sailings and it seems that the larger the ship the service needs to be worked on.

Central Park area was beautiful but could be very loud during the day, at night it was magical. Beautiful ship. Although it was beautiful I would probably not go back on this ship. There is preferential treatment given to certain groups almost like a cast system, where certain people get seats reserved at shows and events. Staff don't seem to want to be working on this ship and show it to their customers by their lack of service and friendliness. They seem to prefer to talk among themselves rather than attending to their customers.
