This is my 6th cruise in the last 5 years and my 2nd cruise with my children. After previously sailing with Carnival, Princess, Celebrity, and Norwegian, this was my first cruise with Royal Caribbean and it was absolutely wonderful! We booked it before Christmas and for the past few months I was constantly reading the reviews to learn more about my upcoming cruise. After reading some of the comments, I was a little nervous about the food that would be on board this ship. I have to say that I was most pleasantly surprised at the quantity, variety, and taste of all the food that was offered. We dined int the main dining room for dinner every night and a couple times for breakfast. We accompanied our kids to the buffet for dinner 4 nights and several mornings for breakfast and always ate in cafe promenade and Sorrentos Pizzeria every evening for a late night snack. We are big eaters and we love our food. We were never disappointed in the food everyday on board that ship. The Lobster and shrimp in the main dining and buffet the next night was delicious, the roasts, steaks, and lamb were tender and flavorful in the main dining room, and the buffet had several varieties of delicious food that appealed to us as well as our picking children. The pizza at Sorrentos were hot and fresh and the sandwiches and desserts at cafe promenade were flavorful. we never visited a specialty dining area and the only time we paid extra for food was at the cupcake ship (which was Delicious!)

Our kids (ages 10, 8, and 6) were absolutely in love with the kids club. There were a lot of kids on this cruise due to Spring Break and they made a ton of friends. The staff was friendly and always had stuff for them to do to keep them busy, They wanted to go every night and all throughout the day (if we would let them, we wanted them to hang out with us most of the time during the day!) The arcade was hit with tons of game options and they make it so the parents have to physically load a specific amount of money on their childs card so they wont overspend - which was great! So much on board for the kids and us to do that we couldn't even get it all done in a week. No one was ever bored. We saw Boss Baby in the 3D theater which was just released to theaters the week before. The aerial show was amazing!! Shows really aren't my thing but I was curious and my husband and I went to check it out. We were mesmerized and in awe and stayed for the entire show.

We had an inside room adjoining to our kids. The rooms were small but we were hardly in our rooms except to sleep and get cleaned up so we did not mind it at all. Tons of space for your clothes and personal items. I brought a hanging shoe organizer for all my extra items as I have done on past cruises and I didn't even need it with all the cabinets and drawers that were available for my items. Ask for extra hangers if there aren't enough for you. Not a lot of outlets are available. Beds were very comfortable. We have a sleep number at home and we are usually pretty picky about mattresses. Our bed in our cabin had some kind of a memory foam on ti and we seriously slept wonderfully every night. Our stateroom attendant was super sweet and attentive. We had my time dining (make sure you make reservations online before you sail so you are not waiting for your table) and our servers in the main dining room would call us by our first names each night. plan on an hour and a half to dine if you are getting appetizers, main dish, and dessert.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin K

Adjoining with #8687. Small but still gave us plenty of room. A lot of cabinets and drawers for our personal items. Suitcases fit easily under the bed. Not a lot of outlets but we had brought an power cord. Very quiet and bed was very comfortable.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Cute town and gorgeous water. Many tourist shops right there by the port. Cheap prices on everything.
