We are Latitudes - Platinum and have cruised with NCL more than 20 times; on the Jewel at least 4 of them. The things that stood out for us were the obvious cutbacks; some good, some not-so-good. The 'house' wine served at the Latitudes cocktail party was undrinkable.

There are no more chocolate Latitudes gifts or chocolates on pillows at turn down. There is no longer a 'Welcome Back' party. There are no Lobster Tails on board; new menu.

Platinum guests have been cutback to 1 Dinner for 2 at Le Bistro with wine & 1 Dinner for 2 at either Moderno or La Cucina without wine. We had dinner at La Cucina & were not impressed by either the menu or the décor; pretty cheesy. And, the service was unbearably slow; we left before desert was offered because we wanted to see a show.

Cleanliness depends on the Stateroom Attendant; ours was not particularly detailed-oriented. However, he did respond when given directions & expectations set.
