Cookies always come free, extra-fee coffee was just fine. Not a fan for round windows - lounge couches made it harder to look out.
The most satisfying food experience was in buffet restaurant. Breakfast choices are superb, fruit choices fabulous. Bakery items are good to great. Cake slices in the morning were particularly elevating!
The seafood platter served on the Italian night was pathetic.
Trying to get off the ship while docked at Cherbourg-Octeville. Imagine what
One of the lunch items was an Asian-themed pork ribs. Appalling!!
MSC does staterooms justice. Even a bit cramped for a balcony room, the decor is among the most tasteful on the sea. Given it entered service in 2007, it has been well looked after.
Sail away. Decks of MSC were neat and spacious, offering plenty of space for deck chairs, even a bit lacking on other outdoor activities.
Leaving Kiel underneath a hot balloon on a great day.
Embarkation was efficient as we arrived rather late. There are seating in the check in hall. Well organised.
Balcony size was okay. Our re-positioning sailing was a bit chilly to be exposed in the balcony.
One of the two main restaurants with set times and tables. Apparently clients booked through American portals were arranged to sit together.
Free-flowing water when booked through an American agent. We were told that we could request any many bottles as we liked. It was 2015 and the policy could have already changed.
