We had never been to the places we visited. Viking gave us the high lights of the areas. We met knowledgeable people, saw so many wonderful places we had never experienced before. The crew and staff made traveling so easy, we got spoiled and had no worries. We celebrated my husband's birthday; They make it a super day. As they did when we had our 43 anniversary in Oct. on the same ship. They were fabulous celebrations. We've learned so much about wines and different foods. We've learned about other cultures and countries we want to visit, from the staff alone. They choose excursions that highlights the best of the city we visit. They are very accommodating when we want to go into town later. Everyone is so friendly, attentive and helpful. Can't say enough good. Have never considered traveling w/anyone else but Viking. We recommend Viking for the reasons listed about and know anyone would enjoy the cruises as much as we do.
