We had priority check-in but was ushered to a busy counter over and over again we ended up standing in the middle of no where for a long time, Food was extremely terrible, fine dining is a joke, served wrong food, mixed up order with other passengers, allocated table for dining is always taken by others, hair in food, overall service on cruise is generally bad, stuck up employees, horrible english spoken we end up missing alot of activities and instructions, messy evacuation drill by untrained staff, bad scheduling of activities, did not take into consideration for people who had shore excursion the next morning, day 4 at sea had nothing much going on I was bored to death, fitness room needs heavier dumbbells and also need free weights barbell, day 1 showtime had an issue and was not replaced so day 4 had nothing to watch, lots of 1st timer bingo players but "lucky zoe" did not gave proper instructions nor care about helping players understand the game and just went on to rush through the games, got stuck in faulty lift, no refil of shampoo and shower gel daily, bad shower head, water not hot at times, no p2p texas hold'em, putting green in dismay, the main door locking mechanism doesn't work (embrassing moments), I got diarrhea 24hr food service. I don't know how a long time cruise operator can get so many things wrong on so many levels.
