Sail Date: Jan 2017
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Large Balcony

1st time cruiser here, chose this ship, sail date and port because it fit with our itinerary in Orlando. Overall, we had a great time, opted for the balcony stateroom (#8204) which is on Deck 8.

Embarkation was smooth, you got your usual lines at check-in but it was pretty painless, spent most of the time waiting for our Uber car stuck trying to get in the passenger drop off area at Port Canaveral. Royal Caribbean should really streamline this drop off and pick up process, cars, buses, vans etc bottleneck at the entry point.

About the package my wife and I chose:

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Large Balcony

Cabin D1

Room (#8204): I guess the balcony was one of the bigger size compared to other staterooms with balconies, the room was comfy, however, we did have our toilet leak one night which was fixed by maintenance after about an hour, I just simply called and reported it. I swear the water pressure from the shower head was better than most luxury hotels, awesome sauce.

Tips: Buy some magnets to hang hats, chords, lanyards on from Amazon, this surely made adequate use of the walls since it was made of metal.

Port Reviews

Just spent some time on the beach, pretty relaxing.
