My wife Coco chose this cruise because of the Cuba experience and the Jamaica connection. We enjoyed Runaway Bay Jamaica for 3 days before boarding, so we were rested and ready for our first ever cruise. We were not ever disappointed! The food was very good, with lots of Cuban cooking thrown into the mix. We ate in both the buffet and restaurant venues and always felt delighted and satisfied. Drinks from the various bars featured lots of Cuban influence, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Our suite cabin was very comfortable and cleaned/freshened at least 3 times a day. Shore excursions were well organized and meant to maximize our contact with the Cuban people. Entertainment and activities revolved around the "People to People" program that is re-acquainting North Americans with the Cuban way of life. In all, Coco & I thoroughly enjoyed our week's cruise around the wonderful island of Cuba!
In the fore of the ship and upper deck, so it was very quiet and little or no engine noise/vibration.
Another wonderful city! The baseball stadium was very impressive!
