The destinations appealed to us. The dates were important and I did a lot of research before going, and this particular cruise ticked off all the boxes. Fine dining was superb. Cabin was a good size and comfy bed. I would recommend drinks package as I would not have liked my bill at the end if I had not had one. Fab choice of restaurants and bars. Good entertainment. Good pool decks - no shortage of sunbeds. Very well maintained ship and excellent staff (one or two grumpy and rude ones), but most were just great and friendly. Met lots of interesting people on board from all walks of life. Although big ship, having 3 lifts, aft, mid and forward on each deck made it easy to get around. Liked the fact that every morning they would show you on the big screen, places of interest, descriptions of beaches, information of taxis on every destination - that really helped us to make our decision of what to do on the various islands.
Plenty of storage and decent sized shower. Good balcony although slightly small but ok. Clean towels and bedding. Good sized bed. Liked being by the lift.
We weren't in St Juan long enough to do much so we just walked around the town and had a few beers.
We made the mistake of hiring a private taxi which was expensive and he suggested Emerald Bay. Lovely bay, but private and extremely expensive $10 for small beer.
Lovely bay and plenty of bars and sunbeds but some stroppy ladies serving drinks on sunbeds. Liked being bossy with stern faces.
Absolutely fantastic - low flying aircraft and I mean really low just missing our heads - great fun.
Yes this was great. Went to lovely beach, sunbathed and relaxed. Good music bar.
My favourite place of all. Hole Town beach. Having been to Barbados before it was lovely to arrive in Bridgetown and see Hole Town once again,
Only shopped around the port and had a few beers so didn't see much of it.
Went into the town and had a lovely lunch. Pretty, Pretty Pretty. Lovely locals.
