This region, it's history and its variety of cities and countryside were of great interest to us. This time of year was particularly appealing. The entire staff performed beyond our expectations. Professional, friendly, caring, vigilante to our every need. highlights, for us, included the side trip to Terezin, Cresky Krumlov, and viewing the countryside from the boat. Loved going through the locks too. Accompanying our chef to the market in Vienna was an unexpected pleasure. Great guy and a great inside view of the market and his resources..

Every tour guide was so well informed. Easy to understand and their knowledge of history was so impressive. We learned so much,it's hard to relate in such a short space. We also appreciated the balance between organized tours and free time. The staff seemed to know exactly how much of each to recommend.

The rooms and meals were great too, but really secondary to the entire cruise experience.

This was an older boat, but well appointed. Bed was comfortable. All just fine
