There are lots of things to do, so people only interested in activities may be happy, and the dinners were fairly good, But the ship has some problems. I think it's understaffed, since everyone (including waiters and cabin attendants) work hard, but service overall is not that great. Due to the size, you lose something. You can't get omelets in the buffet - only in sit down dining rooms. If you want a coffee or iced tea mid afternoon and are on the Solarium level (deck 16) the nearest place is on deck 8. Even with show reservations, you need to get to shows early or end up in poor seats or standing. And frankly, while the performers are very good, they are wasted in the shows (Other than a fairly complete performance of "Grease"). There were technical or weather problems with multiple shows - frankly, I felt like this was a shakedown cruise.
