Our first river cruise. Read a lot. Spoke to people. Good travel agent. Total trip time was 21 days with pre(Amsterdam) and post(Prague). All Viking people were exceptional. The ship and hotels were wonderful. The plan including excursions and things to do were excellent. We belong to a large neighborhood club and senior group, not to mention an extended family of extreme travelers, and we've had many long conversations relating experiences. We are now in the process (neighborhood) of planning a trip for 2018,with one already set for this summer on the Mississippi River.

On the ship:1-cabin was as comfortable as possible. 2-entertainment was very well planned. 3-the meeting space was very comfortable. 4-all employees were exceptional. 5-A shame that the open upper deck was closed much of the time.

Excursions:1-great choices . 2-Viking reps were all very helpful and warm. 3-we took some alternative excursions which we loved. Happy we added them. Read more
