I have done this cruise with Celebrity before and this second time around was a bit disappointing. However, embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly, the Cabin was clean, dining room service and menu good (our cabin staff and dining room waiters were excellent) . The free dining is not desirable, should be able to accommodate passengers' request of their choice of sitting. Buffet menu needs to improve with more variety, presentation and how the staff serve the food. Needs full implementation of regulations and monitoring such as smoking, dress code, hygiene behavior of fellow passengers and noise from children. Better organized tender service. Consider full commentary over the PA system when we cruise through the fjords and scenic areas, more info available (e.g. local transport, cost, map etc) prior to each port call.

The evening show were excellent though other activities were not, consider better coordination with schedules so announcements from the Captain and cruise director do not clash with the event (e.g. the cinema continue to paly throughout the Captain's speech which could easily be put on pause and start again).

I should praise and thank the medical staff, who were all very efficient dealing with my daughter's emergency evacuation for an appendicitis operation at Puerto Madryn, also the assistance from Michelle, while the local agent was not at all helpful. Read more
