This was my 11th cruise, 10th on Carnival. We chose this cruise based on distance from port and price. We was sailing with my husband's parents who were first time cruisers.

Parking: Parking for a 5 day cruise at the port of Mobile was $90. You park in the garage and then pre-pay at a kiosk. There was a line at the kiosk. If paying in cash, please note that you need correct change.

Embarkation: Lines were long waiting to get through security. Additional security precautions were in place. After passing security check point, the actual check in process went smoothly and quickly. Read more
