This was a new years eve cruise. We enjoyed ourselves so much the first time we booked again this year 2015.
We arrived at Southampton dropped off our car withe the parking attendant. Our cases were taken by the porter. As we entered the terminal we were greeted by a member of staff.
The terminal was clean with seating area's, not like some of the terminals used by some other cruise lines. We were quickly checked in. We were greeted by a line of staff, very smart in there uniforms. Then Offered a glass of champagne when we boarded the ship.

Very clean and spacious. All the necessary bathroom toiletries, shower cap ear buds shower gell and moisturiser cream.
