We had sailed with Celebrity previously (Australia & NZ) so when the opportunity to sail with them again to India, we jumped at the chance.
Embarkation was very straight forward and we appreciated getting on board early so that we could have a "wander" as well as unpack before the emergency drill This meant that we could dress for dinner in a good timescale, which for those who are not regular cruisers,is not always the case.
The overnight stop in Dubai wasn't of great interest to us as we have been there before however on the 2nd day, we made use of the shuttle bus to go into the city. This was ok as it took us to the Dubai Mall however the times issued by the ship seemed to have no resemblance to that used by the bus company. That seemed to be more "we'll leave when we want and come back when we want" leaving passengers hanging around both on the way in and the way back !
Small in comparison with similar level on other ships. We didn't have some of the issues that other members have spoken about (ripped sheets etc., etc) but undoubtedly the whole ship needs a lift which i believe is due this year.
Bathroom was small with the shower being over the bath - this made life trick as my husband loves to have his bath and i prefer to shower. Needed some military timings on certain evenings.
