Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom

This was our 17th cruise, and our 8th on Royal. We booked within the last couple weeks prior to the cruise as a get-a-way to celebrate my wife's recovery from surgery. Two of our good friends came along, which made for a great long weekend.

Embarkation was quick and easy, once we parked the car off site at the Radisson just down the road from the Port. As Emerald Cruisers, the lines were short, and we were on the ship in minutes.

Our cabins weren't ready yet, so we headed up to the Lido Deck for lunch. The food on this cruise was good overall, and the service was friendly and prompt, except for a few little issues in the main dining room.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin SO

Nice cabin, no issues. Plenty of storage for a short cruise. Bathroom is a little small, but this is to be expected on an older ship. Our cabin steward kept the room clean and tidy.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Typical shopping here in Nassau. Not as pushy as we had experienced in the past.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

No problems - recommend using the Parking Services located at the Radisson down the road from the Cruise port. Quick and easy, and more cost effective than parking at the port.
