chose this cruise because it was a great value on a mid-week cruise. Food was above average although steak I had was poor with very little flavor. I've lived in SoCal all my life so was not a big deal for excursions and ports. However I do love Santa Barbara and would probably live there if price was no object. Weather was perfect that time of year. Cigar area on ship was nicest I've ever seen and it overlooked the rear deck Jacuzzi and was outdoors with a nice view seaward and by the workout areas. The area itself was artificial grass. Seculsion was wonderful and I met several passengers back here. Shows on board were just ok... but what I'd expect for a cheap 4 night cruise. Shopping didn't thrill me either... nothing I really wanted for the prices they had. I liked the casino and even won a little money at craps
