great value for interesting and different stops including overnight in gatun lake interspersed with plenty of sea days made for a very relaxed pace for this longer 19 day venue.

island princess has a fresh clean feel throughout thanks to recent refurbishment. only negative we found was that the back portion of the walking promenade had been blocked off by the addition of balcony cabins there. walkers had to cut across inside the ship to the other side...which is ok but better doors should have been fitted to make that easier.

food was excellent and we also liked the very good wine list. princess offered a gold or value wine package of various sizes-7,10, 0r 12 bottles. we chose the gold 10 bottle one which gave us great value on wide choice of premium wines. we found several new favorites! Read more
