We are almost Diamond plus. We had booked 6 o'clock dining and shows on board last November. As always when we boarded we went to the dining room to see our table and were told we had any time dining. We showed the staff in the dining area that we had it on our booking confirmation. We were told NO sorry go to another deck and see what they can do. Got to the next deck sorry so back to the previous deck and get the name of the person who told you to come here. we were told our only option was to take anytime dining and then request that table every night but you had to eat between 5 -5:30 Then all heck broke loose there were unhappy people everywhere Then we were asked by the staff for our option?? What we wanted was the 6 dining we scheduled 11 months before. Finally we got together with a couple behind us and after 2 HOURS at least 4 times between floors we got our 6 O'clock dining. Many people had to eat at 5 -5:30 anytime dining or you did not eat in the dining rooms. We were stupid enough book for next November Sorry no 6 O'clock dining left show up and eat at 5. Being Loyal gets you nothing on this cruise.

Next we went to the pool area. We asked for a swim shirt for my husband that we have purchased previously and were told the only option was small women's they did not get the shipment. These were the same guys who did not know there was an adult pool on the shipment which was around the corner from their shop and when the shops opened we tried to buy a small Harmony Ship ornament i sorry we did not get our shipment, It is Christmas Royal Caribbean.

In the diamond lounge you can your free frozen drinks with liquor but no virgin frozen drinks for you??Go figure. Many people had to eat at 5 -5:30 anytime dining or you did not eat in the dining rooms. Harmony you were no ready for us. Does any staff member of Royal Caribbean read these reviews.
