We chose this cruise because it went to St. Kitts we had never been there so we wanted to see it. We had a nice tour of the island and had a beach break where I snorkeled a really neat little cove that had a large volcanic rock sticking out of the ground. The snorkeling around the rock was very interesting. One side was kind of dark do to the shade and fish were some what plentiful.
Richie from Guest Services quickly solved a problem we had with a noisy room on the spa deck (11219) The first night we thought it might have been rough water. On day two the noise continued to include the walls and floor rumbling. It was kind of weird. Our first call to guest services was some what brushed off as rough water. Since it was daylight I walked out side and noted the water was relatively calm and not a likely cause of such a problem on the 11th floor. Someone came up to the room and was little help. We went to guest services and talked to Richie who quickly went into action. He came to our room experienced what we had been experiencing and decided the problem was real and the Ship's engineer would need to be involved. He agreed it surely was not being caused by the weather. We were moved to another interior room on the 6th floor and our problem was solved. Thank you Richie for getting it done.
We had several very good servers. In particular Suki from Indonesia was great in the Northern Lights Dining room was outstanding in ever way. At breakfast in Southern Lights Dining room Dario (That's Mario with a "D")was great. He was attentive and has an intense sense of humor a great way to start the day.
We probably deserve a refund of some sort since we had to move out of this room and be relocated to the sixth floor because of some sort of mechanical problem either above us or below us. I think it had something to with the plumbing but who knows. We were moved to 6296 and had no problems there.
walked around in the rain good fun no pressure
