Sailed with MSC...gold card holders...so very disappointed.
Venice embarkation shambles to say the least.
After flight from Dublin and long track across Venice airport coach park with luggage in the rain we had to stand 2+ hrs to hand over luggage in PRIORITY BOARDING lane at cruise terminal.

Cabin kept very well as always with MSC can't fault.

Total lack of information about the city, it Olympic venues etc. Once off the bus at places of interest all she wanted to do was smoke and eat. Slurred her words, looked not with us and slept most of the time.
