It was our first Viking river cruise and second river cruise. We had wonderful time. It was probably the best cruise we ever took and I 've been on more than 30 ocean cruises. From the minute we were met in the airport, till the last minute when Viking representative walked us to the security check point in the airport on the way home ,we were amazed with the service and how wonderful the organization was and how professional and friendly the people were.The program director Felice was excellent, all the tour guides we had were great.

The food on the ship was probably the best food I've ever had on the cruise ship. The passengers on the ship were very friendly and there were people of different ages,majority50-65,but there were a few younger people as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the age diversity, because our last river cruise people were 70+,so this was very nice to meet people of different age groups. Most passengers were from UK and USA.

The evening programs were very good, so as a piano man, who played excellent music and created a very nice atmosphere on the ship. The room we had was very small, but had everything we needed, excellent shower, very comfortable bed, and we did not spent a lot of time in the room anyway. Read more
