Good package and a few days in Singapore so we were ready to go.

Embarkation was ok but we waited until 120 new crew were embarked.

Chaos because of new staff who were thrown into work without specific training. The first night our table for 8 had 7 chinese sitting there before we got to it and although they should not have been there nothing was done a bout it do together with the other 3 couples the 'head waiter' dumped us on a table where the service was completely non existent. - new staff The next night we were back to the correct table and apart from undercooked meat for the first 2 days everything was fine God waiters. We could not bet either of the wines we wanted as 'they had run out'. The bars ran out of beer, tonic, lemonade, brandy, zinfandel, merlot and several other drinks - excuse (previous cruise asian who did not drink so did not stock up)

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin N

We only saw our steward twice each time for 2 minutes We never go the ice we requested but hey. The beds were comfortable and we never give the room steward much work to do so ok there.

The ship had cleanliness problems Leaks in several cabins and not enough spares to rehome them. Cockroaches in a few cabins and seen on luggage waiting to be put in cabins. Apart from spraying 4 times our friends had no rehoming (I would not have slept there) They were offered 25% of the next cruise but would not go RCI again they said.
