Just returned from our 7 day cruise to Bermuda. The overall feeling is that NCL services is declining. The service personnel isn't as friendly nor as attentive. The breakfast buffet is the same each day. Quality and verity of food has declined. It seems the larger NCL gets, the more it focuses on the bottom dollar. We had an incident where we were seated in Taste for breakfast and was ignore by all the waiters walking past us for over 15 minutes. All this while seated near the entry to the service door. Really NCL!!! Even the Maitre d' walked by several times and never attempt to notice until I made a fuzz. The waiter took our order unwillingly and then no one bother to refill my coffee for over 5 minutes at which time we left. Complained to the customer service desk and assistant Maitre d' to make my point. Probably will not sail with NCL again.

Nice clean and everything is where they should be. NCL actually provides you with a solid bar of hand soap which was nice.
