I choose this cruise because of the places it visited.
The embarkation process was totally shambolic-despite of having done as much online as possible,it counted for nothing, just sat about with little information for 3 hours.- then told the cabin was not ready.
The ship is very tired in decor & comfort.Totally aimed at the Japanese in all food areas, portions are tiny, staff in formal dining-room seemed shocked when we dared to ask for extra desserts.
This was our 1st Princess Cruise & we were expecting better-balcony cabin small,no extra blankets/pillows,shower cubicle minute.
Bar areas were not inviting, some even grubby.
Entertainment very average.Same shows & menus on 2nd week.
Ship ran out of English Breakfast & Liptons tea then porridge after 1st week..
Nothing offered as daytime entertainment on bad weather days..
If this is the best Princess Cruises offers, stick to Celebrity/P & O/Cunard.!
This ship urgently needs a refit,& a rethink by Princess
