Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

We were very apprehensive when we boarded the ship for our Trip round the western med. The ship was so big and just a little garish!

Well after experiencing the best entertainment we've ever had on a cruise and pretty good food in the MDR we admitted that this really had been a great cruise.

The downsides were the Windjammer cafe where the food was a little bit 'school meals' and watching the rather obese (the majority!) people piling their plates was very off putting. We ate there only 5 times preferring to eat in the MDR when we could. We had breakfast in our cabin. Another off putting thing was the self serving soft ice cream machine on pool deck which was always mucky with pools of melted ice cream and cones lying n it. Really horrible and they should get rid of it or make sure it is clean at all times.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Quite a nice cabin, a little bit dated and in need a a refurb. Nice size balcony but no loungers just two chairs and small table. Large very comfortable bed.
