We highly recommend this Viking cruise and hope that the other cruise options are as great, because we plan to repeat the experience soon. The cabin was supplied with everything needed, and was always thoughtfully cleaned and straightened, as when I returned one day to find a Viking bookmark in the book I'd been reading.

The dining experiences were just that, opportunities to experience the popular food and beverages of the area we were sailing through. The dishes were always tastefully prepared and vegetarian options were offered..

Evening entertainment was always well planned, again with a nod to local traditions, history and customs. And I must mention the pianist who played in the lounge every night.
