We chose the cruise because of the Viking reputation. We were not disappointed. The ship is lovely , very sleek and clean. Common areas are beautiful and immaculate. Rooms were comfortable and large compared to other cruises we have taken. The closet is large, however there are only 3 drawers. The staff was fabulous. Each going out of their way to help you in any way they can. The free wine and beer is a nice perk, however it is very generic, you get no choices of wines other than white or red. It is of decent quality but don't expect a wide selection. The entertainment is probably lacking the most, but we booked because of the itinerary not the entertainment. They tout free wifi. Which is nice, however it is not fast and in some ports non existent . They have a bank of four computers to share amongst the passengers. Our favorite ports were, all the Norway ports, Gdansk, Poland, Tallinn, Estonia, Stockholm, Sweden. Viking states that you have two days in Stockholm, however it is really 1 day. As we had a 6:35am flight on Sunday which meant our vacating our cabin at 3:00am in order to get to the airport on time. Which had we known ahead of time, we would maybe scheduled another day there on our own.

Cabin Review

Cabin 3007
Our cabin was lovely. Clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the shower large compared to other cruises we have taken.
