It was a rough start from the time they announced that bottled water would no longer be permitted to be brought on the ship. This left a bad taste in my mouth since wine is still allowed at $15 per bottle corkage fee. A bottle of water runs about $6 on the ship (You want to talk about gouging )

At the pier my son was given the wrong status on his card and several calls to my travel agent and trips to the service desk and this was corrected. They really didn't seem like they wanted to help and the fact of the matter is it was their mistake!

My steward Fidelis was great along the crew at the raw bar. Ask for Melvin he is funny and very accommodating. The bartenders were hit or miss depending on the night. I tipped just about every drink and some appreciated it more than others.

Much smaller than it looks online balcony was very tiny.

Slow moving at the pier. You need status to avoid the lines. Security was not the problem. I was getting boarded and key cards. They need more people and the could be nicer.
