Horrific. We went on the cruise from Venice to Split Santorini Mykonos and Dubrovnik Ancona and ending in Venice. It was the worst service and the worst food I have ever encountered

The staff are miserable unhelpful and downright rude at times. They have terrible entertainment, they try their best not to serve you drinks. The food is appalling and all of their procedures for disembarkation are slow. I actually felt like they were doing their best to be as unhelpful as possible.

It was like a glorified Butlins maybe worse so if you like terrible food and being spoken to as if you are dirt on their shoes this is the cruise for you
